Requirements:

  1. Educational certificates issued by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education must be countersigned by IBCC.
  2. Degrees issued by various Universities must be attested by Higher Education Commission (HEC)
  3. Certificates of technical skill should be attested by the local technical board or trade testing board.
       (Note: All the documents must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).

Educational Documents issued by Pakistani Schools

  1. All education certificate issued by schools in Pakistan must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan.
  2. All educational certificates issued by Pakistani schools should be attested by the Ministry of Education and must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Requirements:

  1. Original Nikkah Nama issued by Nikkah registrar with his signature and stamp.
  2. If photocopy of Nikkah nama is required, it should be attested by a Magistrate or any other gazetted Officer.
       (Note: Original Nikkah Nama/photocopy must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).
  1. Such certificates if issued by a hospital should be signed by MS/DMS of a Government Hospital, in Pakistan.
  2. Death Certificates issued from NADRA.
       (Note: Death certificate must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).

Should be issued by Chairman of arbitration council of the respective Union Council and attested by a Magistrate in Pakistan.

       (Note:  Must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).

Valid Original Driving License along with a copy attest by Ministry of Foreign Affair, Pakistan

It may be issued by local DPO or in case of tribal areas by Political agent.

       (Note Must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).
  1. In case of issuance from a hospital it should be signed by MS/DMS
  2. In case of Union Council by Secretary Union Council with his stamp and signature.
       (Note Must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).
  1. Papers about MBBS/PMDC must be attested by Ministry of Health
  2. Nursing Diplomas may be countersigned by Nursing superintendent.
  3. Medical fitness certificates should be signed by MS/DMS
  4. Documents issued by NADRA will be directly attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan
       (Note: All above mentioned documents must be countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan).

Documents attested by our camp offices in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta will be at par with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad

  1. Original Pakistani passport and CNIC along with a copy.
  2. A copy of Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate/ Residence/Work Permit
  3. An application to the Embassy  for issuance of a particular certificate
